Happy 1st Birthday A Little Cake Place!
After officially opening the business on 8 September 2012, commemorated at our Launch Soiree, A Little Cake Place has had a great year!
Here are some of our achievements throughout 2012-2013:
In February 2013 A Little Cake Place launched our ‘Rose Collection’, unique designs with a blend of vintage, elegant and couture styles.
We entered the Toowoomba Show in April and received 2nd place in Novice Contemporary Category.
Our ‘Pure Indulgence’ range featuring up to 30 unique flavours was launched on July 23. Check out our Flavour Range and just try to resist.
A Little Cake Place was nominated as a finalist for the Australian Bridal Industry Academy’s 15th Annual QLD Bridal Awards with 12 other decorators from QLD, a wonderful achievement!
We have had some media successes throughout the year, being published in a number of mediums!
Lastly we received 2nd places in the Beginner, Novice & Intermedicate Contemporary Cake sections at the Royal Queensland Show (Ekka).
So today we get to have our cake and eat it too!
